Donate Life America & New York Yankees HOPE Week

As of part of the New York Yankees’ 15th Edition of HOPE Week, the Yankees have teamed up with Donate Life to help save lives. More than 100,000 people nationwide are waiting for an organ transplant, enough to fill Yankee Stadium twice over. One donor can save up to eight lives through organ donation. The Yankees encourage their fans to get involved by giving HOPE and becoming an organ donor today.

HOPE Week is an ambitious, week-long, multi-faceted community outreach program undertaken by all players and employees within the Yankees organization. The initiative is rooted in the belief that acts of goodwill provide hope and encouragement to more than just the recipient of the gesture.
